Get ready to engineer fun LEGO projects that move – from a spinning UFO to a sailboat that rocks, remote control robots, “flying” dragons and more! Great for having races, jousts, and obstacle course runs with fellow campers! In the afternoon, learn block coding basics as you complete fun fast-paced computer games using Scratch, the number 1 software to teach programming concepts to kids! A great camp to learn new LEGO design skills and explore how to create your own games. Bring lunch, snacks and a beverage.

LEGO® and Minecraft Marvels **2 Classrooms**

Perfect for campers who love LEGOs and Minecraft! We’ll start each day by building a motorized Minecraft character from Creepers and Zombies to Blazes and Ender Dragons! Next, we’ll enter Minecraft, where we use our imaginations to solve problems and find new ways to enjoy the game! We’ll design a Creeper home, castle towers with water-powered elevators, a course for horse races, TNT cannons, and much more! This class is a great intro for those new to Minecraft, but will also let Minecraft veterans take a new look at what they can do in the game! Bring lunch, snacks and a beverage.  

Girls STEAM Tech Camp
June 19 – 23, 2023 | 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | $535 | ages 7 – 11 SESSION FULL

Led by female instructors, this camp will help develop your LEGO engineering and coding skills. In the morning, create motorized LEGO projects featuring animals, vehicles, fantasy creatures and more! Use a motor and battery pack for movement, learn about gears and gear ratios, and explore new engineering techniques. In the afternoon, make games by coding with Scratch, the world’s most popular intro programming software. Scratch uses code blocks to easily control all the elements of your games – from character movement to score-keeping. You’ll design games while learning the fundamentals of coding, including a Dragon Flight game, art game, and platformer. Take home your games to play on a PC or Mac! Bring lunch, snacks and a beverage.

Session Two: Week of June 26 – 30, 2023

LEGO® Pokemon Adventures **2 Classrooms**
June 26 – 30, 2023 | 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | $535 | ages 5 – 3 Spaces Left

Spend a week creating motor-powered LEGO masterpieces!  We’ll have different themes each day including Super Animal Safari, Star Wars & Space Journeys, Speedway Racers, Disney Day and more!  These projects will give you experience with how to use LEGO Technic electric components, gears, and wheel-and-axle systems. Then, it’s time for our super build – we build a remote-controlled LEGO project each day, which lets you control steering and forward/backward motion, all with a remote! Great for races, jousts, and obstacle courses! Take your LEGO design and engineering skills to the next level in this camp. Bring lunch, snacks and beverage daily. 

Intermediate Minecraft: Coding and Engineering
June 26 – 30, 2023 | 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | $535 | ages 7 – 11 I SESSION FULL

The Forbidden Temple awaits! This intermediate Minecraft class welcomes intrepid explorers and beginning coders as we delve deep into Minecraft’s coding and engineering systems. You’ll design traps and thunder chambers with command blocks and redstones, use fill commands to quickly construct buildings, and design fireworks snowballs, parkour courses, and more! We will also use Scratch to create Minecraft-inspired games to play, while learning block coding fundamentals and the basics of computer science. Take home your Scratch games to play on a PC or Mac. Prerequisite: Must be familiar with Minecraft and comfortable with typing lines of code. Bring lunch, snacks and a beverage.

LEGO® Robotics and Game Coding: Battle League Olympics
June 26 – 30, 2023 | 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | $535 | ages 8 – 12 SESSION FULL

Get ready for fast-paced robot action! You’ll build and program LEGO EV3 robots to perform tasks such as arena wrestling, ball launching, flag capture and friendly soccer! You’ll learn to program motors and sensors to play and complete the missions. Design attachments to level up your bots! Plus, learn coding skills with Scratch, as we spend afternoons designing a variety of robot and drone-themed games, using code blocks to maneuver craft, fight off waves of alien bots, and more! Bring lunch, snacks and a beverage.

Roblox and Minecraft: Modding and Game Making
July 10 – 14, 2023 | 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | $535 | ages 9 – 13 SESSION FULL

Create immersive 3D-worlds and games for all your friends to play! In Roblox, design obbies and a 3d racing game. Learn to create your own terrain, build 3D models, create NPCs with dialogue, and even learn to make code snippets using Lua! Then, use Blockbench to make mods for Minecraft Bedrock edition. Use 3D modeling and coding techniques to modify and create mobs such as a Penguin, Butterfly, Pirate Captain, and more! Campers take home what they made and will have the skills to customize their own Minecraft adventure at home! Bring lunch, snacks and a beverage.

After Care until 5:00 pm is $150 per week (pre-registration required)

The Fine Print

Extended Care

The drop off window in the morning is 8:30 – 9:00 AM, included with your camp tuition. In the afternoons we offer care until 5:00 pm at a cost of $150 per week. You must sign up for after care either during your initial registration or add it by the Monday of the week before your session begins.

Payment Options

You may choose to pay for your camp tuition either in full at the time of registration or with a monthly payment plan. Payment in full may be made via an electronic check withdrawal (e-check) or credit card. The monthly payment plan requires an automatic withdrawal from a bank account or credit card to be set up at registration. We will divide your payments into equal amounts for each month, charged on the 15th of each month, ending on June 15th. While your monthly payment amounts will be consistent, they will vary depending on when you register and the number of months left until June. Full details are on the registration site. Refunds

Your camp tuition is refundable minus the non-refundable deposit of $50 up until 6 weeks before a session begins. At the 6 week mark your tuition becomes non-refundable.
